Stevens, Ph.D. (Director of Operations and Marketing) Executive Director and Senior Consultant, Dr. Stevens holds three degrees in Personality and Behavior Sciences and has over ten years experience working in the public sector. Her area of expertise is in designing and implementing international training processes that create trust, relationship and optimal performance. She has developed and delivered training in the U.S., Asia, Latin America and Canada. Cynthia speaks English and conversational Spanish and French. She offers a unique bridge between the world of academic knowledge and the real time challenges of the business world. Cynthia lives in the Foothills of Northern California.

Val Jon Farris, (Director of Client Workforce Engagements) Senior Consultant and Behavioral Scientist, Val Jon Farris has over twenty years experience working in the international corporate setting. He has designed and delivered talent solutions in the U.S., Asia, Latin America and Canada. He speaks English and conversational Spanish. His areas of expertise are in leadership development, executive mentoring, leadership coaching, high-level train-the-trainer techniques and interpersonal skills development. Val Jon's anecdotal and exuberant style brings a powerful new approach to the world of workforce development. He lives in the Foothills of Northern California. Mitch Plott, B.A. (Director of Organizational Development Services) Affiliate Marketing Consultant and Marketing Specialist. Mr. Plott is the president of Almaden Consulting Group specializing in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Management Development. He brings extensive Human Resources experience in designing and delivering development experiences through all levels of organizations. He has worked in a variety of industries, from High Tech to Heavy Manufacturing to Retail, and in all areas of Human Resources. His experience has focused on Individual and Organizational Development, that led to direct results in improving organizational effectiveness; reduced turnover, increased morale, greater productivity.

Sandra L. Shapira, MPS (External Resource Marketing, Sales & Corporate Relations) Affiliate Marketing Consultant, has twenty years of experience in sales and marketing, from determining strategy, market positioning and economic feasibility, to directing sales teams, consulting and training. As a T3 trainer, she has taught at Cornell University, and created a comprehensive training program for Sales Directors at a major international hotel company. Sandra has worked throughout the United States, in Canada, the UK and Israel. She speaks English and minimal French and Hebrew. Sandra lives in Carlsbad, California.

Michaela Curran, J.D. (External Resource Legal Counsel) Affiliate Consultant, holds a doctorate in law and communication and has over fifteen years experience working the public and corporate sectors. Her areas of expertise are in leadership development, conflict resolution and high performance team management. Michaela has ten years international design and implementation experience. Continents include: Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. She speaks English and Spanish fluently, and French at the conversational level. Additionally, she has conducted train-the-trainer programs with over 400 educators and content deliverers since 1992. Michaela lives in San Diego, California.

Sheila Q. Cox, MBA (External Resource Corporate Relations) Affiliate Consultant, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Sheila has over twenty-five years experience helping Fortune 500 companies improve performance. She is adept at translating complex theories into straightforward, practical principles that her clients learn and apply. Sheila is experienced in all phases of training development and delivery, including requirements definition, course development, T3 and delivery. She managed technical training at IBM including classroom, computer-delivered, and satellite-delivered training. She developed online asynchronous training for Accenture (Andersen Consulting). She developed consulting training, and conducted T3's for instructors at Bearing Point (KPMG Consulting). Sheila has worked extensively in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. She is fluent in English, with conversational Spanish. Sheila maintains an office and sailboat in Baltimore, Maryland.

Cindy Davis, Ph.D. (External Resource Training & Corporate Relations) Affiliate Consultant, holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, and certification in Human Resources and Nero-linguistic Programming. Cindy is a performance consultant and training specialist with fifteen years of national design and implementation experience. Her experience has included dozens of projects with Fortune 500 Companies within North America. Cindy speaks English and minimal Spanish. She has conducted train-the-trainer programs and presentation skills programs with over 500 education specialists and content deliverers for the past 10 years. Cindy lives in San Diego, CA.

Donna Eckwortzel, B.S. (External Resource Training & Corporate Relations) Affiliate Consultant, has been enabling leaders, developing vendor and customer relationships for over 13 years. Donna has developed and delivered train the trainer programs for almost all functional areas and levels. She spent one year living in the United Kingdom training and developing a UK team on vendor relations, negotiation, sales and marketing. Continents include Asia, Europe and North Americas. Isabel Fuentes, M.A. (External Resource Training & Corp Communications) Affiliate Consultant, holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and Nero-Linguistics with over 10 years experience in the development and delivery of communications, leadership and team building courses to assist people to develop their interpersonal skills. Isabel speaks English and Spanish fluently and was educated in Madrid, Spain where she earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology. Isabel has worked with many large high-tech international organizations over the years. Isabel lives in Cleveland, OH.

Bridgitte Leitner, M.A. (External Resource Training & Corp Relations) Affiliate Consultant and Director of North sea-Academy in Germany, holds a Master´s Degree in Communication, Education and Cultural Management as well as a qualification in system-oriented OD. She has over 10 years experience in facilitation of group discussions and behavioral-focused training. She has worked in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and delivered training in German- and English language. As a successful director herself, Brigitte knows what it takes to lead the way. She has helped more than a thousand managers to reach new levels of performance. Siemens, Microsoft and Bosch Telekom are among Brigitte´s delighted clients. Brigitte lives near Hamburg, Germany.

Eric Loomis, M.A.B.S. (External Resource Corp Relations) Affiliate Consultant and leadership development expert with seven years international design and implementation experience. Continents include North America, Latin America and Europe. Eric speaks English and minimal French and Spanish. He is an experienced T3 instructor and has conducted train-the-trainer programs with over 100 education specialists and content deliverers in the past decade. Eric lives in Blue Hill, Maine.

Lars Svensson, M.Sc. (External Resource Training & Corp Relations) Affiliate Consultant, holds a Master of Science Degree in Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, with additional studies in industrial marketing, economy, and organization. Lars has 20 years of business and technology experience in both Global 100 and startup environments. His area of expertise is management with focus on international team collaboration, training, and coaching. Lars works mainly in the areas of complex sales, product development marketing processes, and P&L management for business-to-business industries. Howell Thomas, M.A. (External Resource Sales Training) Affiliate Consultant, holds a Masters in Environmental Studies (Urban and Regional Planning) from York University in Toronto and a Bachelor of Science from West Chester State University in Pennsylvania. Building on a career of helping people build agreements that result in action, Howell has a demonstrated track record of successful engagements in nearly every line of business. Rather than trying to address the symptoms of the underlying problems, he has been able to turn people's attention to the real issues that keep them from being successful and then act in ways that generate positive results. SOFTWARE ENGINEERS & DESIGNERS

Justin Watkins (Senior Flash Project Manager) Affiliate Engineer, is currently our Senior Flash MX Project Engineer and the Senior Multimedia Programmer for a large university system. Justin leads a team of designers and developers to create multimedia presentations and applications that are utilized by the entire online student population, internal staff, and corporate managers. He has extensive development experience with large scale applications utilizing Macromedia Flash as the front end and various technologies for the back end. Some of the back end technologies include Macromedia Flash Communication Server, PHP, ASP, ColdFusion and JSP. Justin worked for an eLearning shop in Chicago for 4 years where he built his strong skills with Flash and other technologies by creating dynamic corporate training for clients. Justin is also an author of the upcoming Programming Flash Communication Server book from O'Reilly. He is an active participant in the Flash community and occasionally writes articles and tutorials for various websites.

Jeff Greene (Senior Project Engineer) Project Engineer, is currently our Senior Engineer & Overall IT Project Lead. Drew heads up a team of five programmers who are well versed in Flash MX, Dreamweaver, ASP, PHP, Fireworks, Hyper Text Markup Language, HTML, HTML compression, Dynamic HTML, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Gif Animation, 3D Studio Max, 3D Flash, Swish 3D, Swift 3D, Javascript, Active Server Page (ASP) & ASP.NET, Visual Basic (VB), PERL (CGI), C#.

Now with Flash MX, Ian is actively working to incorporate video directly into the flash presentations.

Paul Silver (Database & Dynamic Web Developer) Affiliate Engineer is proficient in the areas of Content Management, Database Driven Flash, Dynamic Websites, Database Design, Flash Animation, Interactivity, Director Animation and Interactivity, and of course, PHP, MySQL, Flash, and (D)HTML.
